1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TailTracker PBC (“TailTracker,” “we,” “us”) website or mobile applications (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

TailTracker provides a platform for pet wellness tracking (the "Tail-File") and an emergency lost pet recovery system (the "LPRS"). The recovery system is powered by our technology (TailTracker PBC) and coordinated by an independent nonprofit (TailTracker Lost Pet Finder Network 501c3).

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for your account's security and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Fees are billed on a recurring basis, and you may cancel at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

TailTracker and its content (logos, AI models, software) are owned by TailTracker PBC. All rights reserved. You own all content you upload (like pet photos), but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” **We do not guarantee a successful recovery in a lost pet event.** The AI Behavioral GPS is a predictive tool, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for the actions of any volunteer in the Finder Network.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailTracker PBC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of life, arising from the use of our Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
